At Klever Shirtz, we strive to ensure that every order is processed and shipped in a timely manner. Once a package leaves our facility, we rely on our delivery partners (USPS, UPS, FedEx, etc.) to get your order to you safely and on time.

Unfortunately, there are instances where tracking may indicate that a package has been delivered when it has not been received, or it may be delivered to the wrong address. While we sympathize with the frustration this causes, we are unable to replace orders in these situations as it impacts our small business financially.

We recommend the following steps if your order is marked as delivered but you have not received it:

1. **Check with neighbors** or anyone who may have received the package on your behalf.

2. **Look for delivery updates** that may indicate where the package was left.

3. **Contact your local post office or delivery provider** to open an investigation.

4. If the issue cannot be resolved, you may need to **file a claim with the delivery provider**.

Please note that once an order is shipped, it is no longer under our direct control. We appreciate your understanding as we work hard to serve our customers while maintaining the viability of our small business.

All items are considered FINAL SALE unless the item is damaged or misprinted, otherwise a new shirt can be sent as a replacement, when the defective item is returned.
